Every questionable in-game decision by second-year manager Mickey Callaway, every "We're close to turning it around" sound bite, every attempt at acting tough, all of it has caused the "Fire Mickey" chorus to clear its collective throat.Not that the ensemble has been wrong to do that. Callaway has done multiple things to get himself fired, starting with not winning enough games. He made his dismissal even easier to justify with his tone-deafness toward the media in Chicago and Philadelphia this week.
